Poster Session

Brokerage, 21-22 January 2015, Amsterdam

During the plenary session of the Brokerage Event you can present your idea in a short project pitch (5 min) to promote your poster. After the project pitches, there is a possibility to present your project idea to the other participants with a Project Idea Poster, during the Poster Session from 13.00-14.30 hrs on Wednesday 21 January 2015.

Keep the following in mind for the Poster Session

• Bring your own poster
• These posters are Project Idea Posters, not Company Profile Posters
• Only 1 poster per project idea (we do not have the capacity for more than 1 poster per project)
• Maximum A1 poster size (84.1cm*59.4cm), minimum A3 poster size
• Use the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool to gather the content for a poster 
• Use the ARTEMIS Brokerage Poster Example to create poster 

ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool

Via the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool you can easily upload and create a Project Idea Poster. In the Poster Session you can present your Project Idea Poster to the participants and find partners for your project. If you upload your project idea via the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool, you gather content to further generate interest. After the Poster Session you will also get reserved meeting space.

Consortia that do not upload their project idea will not have the opportunity to give a short pitch in the plenary session, nor have a reserved meeting space.
