SRA Symposium on the future of Embedded Systems in Europe

In the meeting of the General Assembly, which took place on March 2nd 2011, the ARTEMIS Strategic Agenda (SRA) 2011 was endorsed as a recalibration of the SRA 2006. The ARTEMIS SRA 2011 contains two main elements. The widely acknowledged societal challenges in the Eropean Union and a set of innovation activities in embedded systems that goes beyond the classic scientific approach in driving research activities.
The official launch of this key document took place on Wednesday 18 May in Brussels at the White Atrium building. Preceding the presentation of this key document a special Symposium on the future of embedded systems in Europe was held.
