Poster Session
ARTEMIS Brokerage Event, 17-18 January 2012, Prague
During the Plenary Session of the Brokerage Event you can present your idea in a short project pitch (3 min.) to promote you poster. After the project pitches, there is a possibility to present your project idea to the other participants with a Project Idea Poster. Therefore, during the first day of the Brokerage Event on Tuesday 17 January 2012, a Poster Session;will be held from 14:00-15.00 hours
Keep the following in mind for the Poster Session
- Bring your own poster
- These posters are Project Idea Posters, not Company Profile Posters
- Only 1 poster per project idea (we do not have the capacity to for more than 1 poster per project)
- Maximum A1 poster size, minimum A3 poster size
- Use the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool to create a poster
ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool
Via the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool you can easily upload and create a project idea poster.In the Poster Session you present your project idea poster to the participants and find partners for your project idea.If you upload your project idea via the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool your project idea will appear in a poster template, which easily can be printed and you will get,during poster session,your own poster space to further generate interest. After the session you also get reserved meeting space.
Consortia that do not upload their project idea will not have the opportunity to give a short pitch in the plenary session and neither have a reserved meeting space. However they can bring a poster to the Brokerage Event and the poster will be displayed in a separate room. There are several ways to participate:
Maximum visibility
Upload your project idea in the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool and have the opportunity to give a pitch in the plenary session, get poster space & reserved meeting space.
Medium visibility
You don’t upload your project idea, but you still can bring a poster and show it in a separate poster session (no pitch in the plenary session & no reserved meeting space).For this you use the standard ARTEMIS Project Idea Poster template
Less visibility
For consortia that only need meeting space, we invite you to contact us
NOTE:
Presentation time-slots will only be given to consortia that have at least one industrial partner.

Participants do not sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA).Confidentiality is your own responsibility.
